We sent 20 excellent 8th graders off to various high schools at our graduation Mass and ceremony. As teacher Jesse Weakley said in her speech at the ceremony, it was a year of many field trips. They were all great learning experiences, along with all the amazing learning they did in their classrooms this year. She told of the 8th grade trip to Fun Zone. The classmates pulled 20 chairs around one lunch table so they could all eat together. She urged them to remember that there is room for everyone at the table as they get on with the rest of their lives.
